Primary 6 Transition Programme – Ready, Sec, Go!

The changes students face in secondary schools may be stressful and unnecessary strains should be kept to minimal while coping with the transition. With mindful planning, we believe that our graduates will be equipped with the essential skills and greater awareness through meaningful activities, thus, getting them Ready, To Secondary School, We Go!

Ready, Sec, Go! is a customised P6 Transition programme to support the transitional needs of our graduating students. It aims to provide students with opportunities and experiences to develop their confidence and resilience, by preparing our students mentally for a more successful transition into the secondary school years.

Objectives

1. To encourage students to be continual learners and create awareness of the viable education and career options through the provision of accurate and comprehensive information.
   
   
2. To nurture students’ confidence and social emotional skills to build positive relationships with others.
   
   
3. To provide opportunities for students to develop growth mindset and GRIT to build up mental resilience to transit smoothly to the next phase of education journey.<p></p>
